The current rate is 1% with credit allowed for taxes paid to other cities up to 1%. Filling a tax return is mandatory, whether the residents has taxable income or not.
Who has to file City of Waverly Taxes?

- A resident with rental and/or business income
- An individual or business doing business in Waverly
